This company at least when it comes to making a claim is terrible! They do not care about you only the money. I have had to take them to court over lost wages stemming from a severe automobile accident. I had plates and pins put in my arm. I recently tore a muscle in my left forearm. Guess what? They dont want to pay for the doctors visit. I personally drove to the office two times and gave them explicit instructions on what to fax over for the claim. Apparently that's not good enough. Since when does a patient do the work of the insurance company? So now I am left with calling a supervisor before I decide what to do next. Especially since my claim officer does not want to call me back. If you are using this company I would seriously look elsewhere.
